Jamais Vu (2018)

In Jamais Vu, the eponymous poem is preceded by translucent pages with windows cut out. By means of these windows, the reader is forced to experience the poem backwards. Each time the page is turned, a new line is becomes legible, beginning with the final line of the poem—and above it, the shadow of the others. The text was inkjet printed onto Strathmore Inkjet Translucent Vellum. Mohawk Superfine is used to divide the translucent areas and for the pastedowns.

Jamais Vu is a flatback case binding with full paper covering.
